I am happy with the service department. They fit me in to do a unforseen issue. Without hesitation the service and parts department, took care of me. I would definitely recommend Bob Ferrando Ford.
Absolutely happy with this dealership. I used to take my cars to smaller, private garages after the warranty expired, but I've exclusively used Ferrando Ford since I bought my vehicle. They are thorough, honest and never try to sell you anything you don't need. They tell you what must be fixed, what to keep an eye on for the future, and only do what is absolutely necessary. They always give me a service loaner when I drop my vehicle off for service - unlike other dealers in the area. And, to top everything off, they give military veterans a 10% discount on service work! They should really advertise that on their website. It would probably get them more business! I couldn't be happier with a dealership.

Shawn Haas is the person I always deal with...he is always concerned with matching a vehicle with my budget, never pressuring and always sooo professional and great at what he does. He genuinely cares and his number one concern is customer satisfaction. We love the Nisaan Ultima and know my college commuting son will have this vehicle for many more years after graduating. Also, Barb, who handled all the paperwork, is someone as real as they get..she is the type of person that once you are with you want to go out to lunch with! Recently had general maintenance and inspection. Minor issue with wheel seating a day or two later. Called and was in the shop and out within 20 minutes with issue resolved.
